What are Seat Location Rights?
If you purchase a listing for Seat Location Rights, you become the Account Holder of Record with the Ticket Office for that seat location. You will receive all future invoices and correspondence for the season tickets, playoff tickets and any other available tickets for that seat location. The previous owner will no longer have any renewal rights to the seat location. The price of the listing is ONLY for the Seat Location Rights and does not include the price of any tickets. Read more.
How long does it normally take to complete a transaction?
It normally takes about 2 weeks to complete a transaction. This time may vary depending on various factors, including how quickly we receive payment and how quickly you send the transfer paperwork to the Ticket Office.
Why does each offer expire after 48 hours?
The seller has 48 hours to respond to each offer before it expires. This ensures buyers receive a quick response to their offer. This also helps ensure all listings are active attempts to sell because a listing will be removed if a seller allows multiple offers to expire.
What time zone is used to determine expiration time for an offer?
Mountain Standard Time.
What if I want to split up my seats for sale?
If you wish to split up your seats for sale, you should create separate listings and make a note within each listing that the adjacent seat location is available in Listing #XXXX.
How can I contact a buyer?
All negotiations are private and anonymous. You will not receive the buyer's contact information until the buyer has submitted payment during the transaction. If you would like to send a message to a buyer, please send us an email and we will forward it to the buyer on your behalf.

What happens if my transfer is not completed?
